We provide a four-step job readiness program, assessing strengths and weaknesses and building skills in interviewing and networking. Specific program features include one-on-one assessment interviews, strategy sessions to set short,- intermediate-, and long-term goals, mock interviewing, and job leads through our job bank of more than 100 companies.
In addition to the four-step interview and coaching process, each client is given “homework” assignments to complete and turn in each week. He/she receives extensive personal assistance in resume/work history preparation. We offer weekly group sessions and motivational training.
Once a client is employed, we provide six months of phone and office follow-up counseling, ongoing work ethics and life skills training and small but rewarding financial incentives — all to encourage and track job retention and in some cases, job upward mobility.
Clients who participate in our four step job readiness program are outfitted in our in-house clothing boutique. Business clothing is critical to making a great first impression at a job interview.
