Rhonda York

Rhonda York is owner of Dynamic Life Designs and managing partner of TeamWide Solutions, Inc. A graduate of Western Carolina University, she is a Charlotte native with an extensive background in coaching and personal development for a diverse clientele ranging from line workers to middle managers, business owners, CEO’s, Lab Directors and MD’s in a variety of different industries. She is a graduate from Coach University and has completed the necessary requirements for the Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coaching program. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Career and Personal Counseling Center of Charlotte and the International Coaching Federation, Charlotte Coaching Alliance. She currently serves as a member of the Women’s Advisory Board for Hinrichs Flanagan Financial Firm.

Rhonda is married with three young adult children. She volunteers in the McColl School of Business Leadership Coaching pool for Executive MBA candidates at Queens University in Charlotte and serves as a mentor coach for the NC State University Business Coach Certificate program-Charlotte campus. In addition to Jacob's Ladder, she has also served as a volunteer with the AAU Jr. Olympic committee (Site Coordinator in 1997), Women in Transition at the Charlotte YWCA, The Community Culinary School of Charlotte, and Classroom Central of Charlotte. Rhonda enjoys playing competitive, league tennis and organizes junior and adult tournaments within her tennis club. She enjoys the outdoors, participating in and observing sporting events, walking, reading, traveling and adventures. 

She says, "I am excited to be part of such a wonderful organization and to make a positive contribution to the Charlotte community by empowering the unemployed and underemployed with hope, knowledge and skill sets for a brighter future. With more people gainfully employed our whole community benefits." Rhonda plans to continue offering training to Jacob's Ladder clients and provide leadership to special events.
