Will Allen, Secretary

Will Allen was introduced to Jacob's Ladder Job Center by his father-in-law Downie Saussy, a former board chair. Will has been in the financial services industry for seven years and is a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Charlotte's Uptown office.

He and his wife Erin have three boys: William, Downie, and Henry. In his free time, Will
enjoys mountain biking, swimming and generally being outdoors.
