Theresa McNeil, Program Coordinator

Theresa McNeil grew up in Botetourt County, Virginia and relocated to Charlotte in September 2004. A graduate of Radford University, she has worked professionally and volunteered with non-profit organiations since she was 13 years old. She has served as Assistant Director at Camp Hat Creek for children 4-17, as a Case Manager with the Charlotte Enterprise Community's W.I.A. program, and most recently as Case Manager/Job Readiness Coordinator at The Charlotte Area Fund, Inc.

Theresa says her "loves in life" include her family, art, sports, and the great outdoors. She is currently pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in Human Services. She and husband Wes are the parents of twins, Grace and Austin, and are members of Mallard Creek Presbyterian Church.
