Steffi Travis

Steffi has 30 years of non-profit experience including Richmond Community Action Program, American Red Cross, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Spirit Square Center for the Arts, and Young Women's Christian Association.

Steffi received her B.A. in English from Gettysburg College. She recently completed the Bank of America Neighborhood Excellence Initiative mission-driven leadership training and participates in the Executive Services Corp Executive Leadership Roundtables.

Steffi, with her extensive background as a successful grant writer, is continually developing relationships with donors to win competitive grants and launch new initiatives.

She and her husband have two children: Hannah, 18, and Marshall, 17. Steffi has been executive director of Jacob's Ladder Job Center, Inc. since 2002.
