Shep Robinson
Shep Robinson is President of Perennial Investments, a Charlotte-based real estate consulting company, and a Partner in Berkshire Business Centers, a Charlotte-based real estate development company. Shep has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1992. Prior to starting Perennial Investments and Berkshire Business Centers, Shep worked for Allied Capital in Washington, DC, GE Capital, and Wachovia.
Born and raised in Charlotte, Shep gives back to the community through his involvement in various civic activities. He joined the board of Jacob's Ladder in 2004 and has been the Treasurer since 2006. Shep has also served as president of the Charlotte Latin School Alumni Association. Shep is an active member and former elder of Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
Shep graduated from Charlotte Latin School in 1981, from Davidson College with a history degree in 1985 and from the Darden School at the University of Virginia with an MBA degree in 1992. He and his wife, Woodie, have two children, Liza and John. Shep enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and golfing.
