Sheena Bossie, Project Manager, DSS Partnerships

After 2 years as Outreach Program Coordinator, Sheena took over management of DSS Partnerships in the Summer of 2009. A 2005 graduate of Davison College with a degree in biology, she was a Citizen Action AmeriCorps member with Hands On Charlotte before joining the Jacob's Ladder team.

As Hands On Charlotte's Youth Program Director, Sheena designed and managed community service projects for 500 teen volunteers, trained dozens of youth to be volunteer leaders, and coordinated their first Community In Action event as part of National Youth Service Day.

Sheena lives in Charlotte and plans to attend medical school in the future to become a pediatrician.
