Laura Wright, Development Assistant Laura Wright recently joined the Jacob’s Ladder team in 2009 as the new Development Assistant. She grew up north of Charlotte and attended North Mecklenburg High School. A tarheel at heart, Laura went to UNC Chapel Hill and graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in English Literature. She then went on to nursing school before ultimately deciding to pursue her first love: nonprofit work.Laura is excited about growing her skills in the area of development and is happy to be involved in serving the Charlotte community.
