Katrina J. Young Katrina J. Young is the Zoning Administrator for the City of Charlotte Planning Department She holds a Bachelor of Art Mass Communications Degree (BA) from Clark Atlanta University and a Master's of Public Administration (MPA) Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is certified by the North Carolina Association of Zoning Officials (NCAZO), the American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE) and the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO).Mrs. Young serves on the Board of Directors for Jacob's Ladder Job Center, Inc She is the current President of Deltas of Charlotte, Inc. which is the fundraising affiliate of the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Past President for the National Forum of Black Public Administrators and a member of the Crown Jewels Chapter of the Links, Inc. She is married to Lewis Young Sr. and has one son, Lewis Young, Jr.
