George Howe

George is a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Charlotte in their Risk Advisory Services group.  George has been in the financial services industry both as a consultant and as an employee of several investment banks over the last 11 years.  Prior to working in financial services, George worked in the textile business with his family in Gaston County.

George gives back to the community through his involvement in various civic activities. He joined the board of Jacob's Ladder in 2008 and is also a founding member of the Charlotte Chapter of the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation and serves on its Advisory Committee.  George also serves on the Institutional Development Committee for the Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Association and is an active member Myers Park Presbyterian Church.

George graduated from Gaston Day School in 1988 and from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia with degrees in Managerial Economics and Classical Studies in 1992. He and his wife, Stefhanie, have two sons, Oates and Harrison.  George enjoys spending time with family, fly fishing, and playing golf.
