Charles Pfeiler

Charles Pfeiler works with NouvEON where he applies 17+ years of experience in project management, leadership, analysis and execution to the needs of small and mid-size companies. A graduate of the University of Illinois, he credits his volunteer involvement at Jacob's Ladder for helping him during his own job search. Charles says "As much as I believe in the training we provide, I think it is just as important that we provide a structured place for them to come - and to keep coming until they get that job! That structure helped me focus, work with the people at Jacob's Ladder and feel positive every day I was there." He joined the Board in October 2009 and hopes to assess operations and management practices to optimize Jacob's Ladder's business processes.
