Since 1998, Jacob's Ladder has helped thousands of individuals make positive changes in their lives. Our clients go through a four-step process to help them find jobs. Volunteers help them and continue to support them after they obtain jobs. We also work with employers to hire our clients, who often face major barriers to employment.
